Surgeon

Derived from the professional caste of Barbers, Surgeons have shown that a good, strong arm and a reasonably sharp knife will allow you to do just about anything to anybody. Though the name “surgeon” is believed to originate from the Greek “chei” (hand) and an unknown tongue “geon” (work), the true origin appears to be from Greek “chei” (hand) and Latin “jurare” (group of people judging what you do). This conjures images of the audience observing the handiwork of the surgeon and hissing or applauding as they deem appropriate. Such an origin would justify the presence of operating theaters and the often “primadonna” behaviors of the surgeons.
